Joining the Lord Lieutenant were Lady Elizabeth Toulson CBE DL and Worplesdon Surrey County Councillor Keith Witham.  They were all welcomed by Trustees of the Sime Gallery, Mary Broughton, Marilyn Scott MBE and Jan Messinger. 

The Lord Lieutenant commented on “another artistic gem of Surrey, I am looking forward to returning”. A relaxed tea and cake was enjoyed thanks to one of the volunteers Jo da Costa-Santos in the Ta Ta Cafe.  The Gallery and the Cafe in the Tovey room are in the hall  and open 2-4pm Sunday and Wednesday.
